Ria is a movement enthusiast -- a yoga educator and a flow artist. She has completed a Diploma in Movement Arts and Mixed Media from Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, a minor in Performing Arts at Ashoka University, and her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Hatha & Vinyasa Krama from Atha Yoga School. She is also a self-taught poi spinner.
Priyanjali is a yoga therapist, sound healer and psychologist. With over a decade of personal practice & 7 years of teaching experience, she continues to explore various styles of yoga and meditation. She has a 200 hour TTC in Hatha yoga, a 300 hour Advanced TTC in Hatha & Ashtanga yoga. She is a post graduate in Behavioural psychology from Delhi University and has worked in the field of behavioural training & development, before switching to full time yoga therapy. She is also a certified yoga therapist and has certifications in sound healing, pre & post-natal yoga, Ayurvedic Marma therapy and Ayurvedic nutrition.
