1. Who is this program for? What will it do for me?
These classes are specially designed for those seeking deeper ways to approach yoga practice. The idea is to make yoga asana accessible through use of props & proper understanding of how a pose feels rather than how it looks. So whether you're someone who has struggled with a past injury, have a chronic physical or mental ailment/s - these classes are designed to accommodate everyone. We will focus on moving mindfully and build a practice which is both calming and energising.
2. I'm a beginner, can I attend the classes?
Yes. All the classes across the week are designed to help you progress without boxing yourself in a limiting category. If you are a complete beginner, we suggest the Monday & Friday 7AM classes for you. However after consistent practice, we suggest you to try the other class as well.
3. How is this batch different from other online yoga classes?
For starters, this is a 3 week journey where you are accountable for your own progress.
This journey has been designed specifically to work on your inner goals & not just physiological goals. This requires commitment & consistency. We are working together - from outer physical awareness through the use of micro-movements towards inner inquiry to find stillness through daily behavioural psychology based cues.
